We’ve put together this page to answer some of the most common questions we get from our amazing subscribers. Whether you’re curious about what’s inside the box, how to manage your subscription, or anything else, you’ll find the answers right here. When will my payment be processed?

Payments are processed on the 1st of each month. For first-time subscribers, the initial payment is due at the time of purchase, securing your spot for the current month’s box. After signing up, your subscription will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month as long as you remain an active subscriber.

If you subscribe on or before the 1st of the month, your payment will process immediately, and you’ll receive that month’s box. If you subscribe after the 1st, your first payment will be processed on the 1st of the following month, and you’ll begin receiving boxes starting that month.

Your box will ship out by the 15th of every month, and sometimes even sooner! We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

To update your T-shirt size, simply email us at support@breatheandthrivebox.com at least 14 days before the next payment is processed. We’ll take care of the rest!

We’ll be sad to see you go, but canceling is simple. Just email us, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you. If you cancel after the 1st of the month, you’ll still receive that month’s box, and your subscription will end the following month.

Unfortunately, items in the box are not returnable or exchangeable. Each item is carefully selected and curated specifically for your box experience.
